What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,navigate to https://twitter.com/ login with valid credentials
(2)Click on save password button from password bubble,navigate to chrome://md-settings/managePasswords
(3)Now press 'tab' key till focus reaches website 'link', press 'page' button to open context menu,observe link
(4)Click on page and again right click on website 'link' and observe the link highlight.


Actual:
1.Red highlight is seen on link after hitting page button.(i.e after step 3)
2.Blink of red highlight is seen after right clicking on website link.

Expected:
Same behaviour should be seen on website link while opening context menu (i.e after performing either step 1 or 2).

This is a regression issue broken in 'M54' and will soon update other info.
