I also confirmed this issue on 55.0.2872.0 canary (64-bit) in Windows 8.1.

I'm not seeing this with 55.0.2872.0 canary (64-bit) on Windows 7. re: comment 3 - Does non-Canary Chrome work for you on the same machine?

So Canary updated on my Device Running Windows 10 and new Chrome Canary Version 55.0.2872.0 does not have this issue. krajshree, I tested Chrome Version 53.0.2875.101 with a new person and did not have this issue, BUT I never had this issue with this version of Chrome. I only had the issue with Canary Version 55.0.2858.0. I'm afraid I don't know if this was ever related, but shortly after an issue related to the access of saved passwords via Chrome Version 53.0.2875.101 disappeared, the PDF rendering issue disappeared with the version of Canary that I had at the time. I did not check to see when Canary updated, so there is a low, but relatively existent, chance that this is related. Regardless, all issues seem to be resolved at this point in time for both versions of Chrome on my device.

Doesn't repro for me on Windows 10 either. If it only happened with 55.0.2858.0 then we are not going to worry about that since it's not shipped to any other channel.
