Issue description

Version: 55.0.2857.0
Reproduction Steps: 
1. This is a regression with current build, but please see b/ > go to any list of issues
2. J/K to traverse list

Observed: each and every column # and value is uttered with earcons in between
Expected: Only summary to be uttered as in earlier builds (M54 Next or Dev or Classic)
