It works fine with HTTPS Everywhere Turned off, but I would prefer to use HTTPS, and with HTTPS Enforced, there is a Privacy Error.

There's your problem! HTTPS Everywhere is trying to force HTTPS on a site that doesn't support it. I've reported the problem to EFF on GitHub. You can keep updated on its status at https://github.com/EFForg/https-everywhere/issues/6870. Thank-you. This issue can now be closed.

Please just use the Internals>Network label, if you're not sure of the correct sublabel to use.
