Rename DesktopEngagement* to DesktopSession*

"DesktopEngagement" is very similar to "SiteEngagement", despite having a very different role (recording desktop session lengths). The desktop engagement classes and references should be changed to desktop sesssion.

This landed as https://crrev.com/aa83588da377026736b3f20c7d8cdcdda1f0a9b3, but for some reason bugdroid didn't come around and post here. So I'm here in its place.
