Links for several packages are not available

Issue description

Several packages cannot be updated due to their links since they're not effective anymore.

[autotest]: Update the invalid links for several packages for Build_externals.

This CL corrects several unavailable links for packages, including AtFork,
Httplib2, gwt, GVizAPI, Gdata, and GFlags.

BUG= chromium:646209 
TEST=Remove site-packages and ExternalPackages, and then run
./utils/Build_externals.py locally.
