Issue descriptionVersion: 53.0.2785.101 OS: Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Install and launch chrome 53.0.2785.101 (2) open http://html5tutorial.info/html5-date.php (3) Open dev tools and select toggle device toolbar (4) Select nexus 5x and try to click on Dropdown What is the expected output? The Calendar windows should open right bottom of the dropdown What do you see instead? A white patch towards the right bottom of the screen. Please find the attached screenshot. Note : I am checking on other platforms and update the bug accordingly, based on user comments on blocgpost marking the bug as regression https://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/2016/09/stable-channel-update-for-desktop.html

Able to reproduce on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.11.5 using chrome stable #53.0.2785.101. Bisect Information: ===================== Good build: 53.0.2785.76 Bad Build : 53.0.2785.77 Not able to provide the tool bisect as the good and bad builds are branch builds.Hence providing manual CL from omahaproxy.
