"Re-enable warnings" on Views opens DevTools instead

Issue description

Chrome 55.0.2858.0
OSX 10.11.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit expired.badssl.com
(2) Click through the warning.
(3) Click on the security indicator, then click "Re-enable warnings"

What is the expected output?
Warnings are disabled.

What do you see instead?
DevTools opens.

I probably wire dup something wrong during a rebase.

Actually, this affects Views and MacViews.
