Chrome freezes when going fullscreen on youtube

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.101 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
www.youtube.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Play a video on YouTube
2. Go full screen either by pressing F or the Fullscreen button
3. The video freezes for about 30 seconds. The sound continues to be played. After 30 seconds "Unable to play this video" alert is displayed

What is the expected behavior?
Play the video without freezing

What went wrong?
Freezing

Did this work before? Yes July 2016

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.101  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, 10 using chrome version 53.0.2785.113.Video played without any freezing issue on fullscreen.
Please find the attached screen cast for the same.

Request you once please try the issue by upgrading chrome to latest stable and update the thread if the issue still persists.

no response from bug opener. unable to repro this issue on our side. resolve this bug as won't fix.
