Cros MD missing network icons

Issue description

I can't find images to replace the following:
- IDR_AURA_UBER_TRAY_NETWORK_WIRED 
- IDR_AURA_UBER_TRAY_NETWORK_VPN (non-badge, for tray --- there are SVGs for the system menu but they're 20x20 instead of 16x16)

Can you point me to the assets or create them if they don't already exist?

IDR_AURA_UBER_TRAY_NETWORK_WIRED corresponds to ethernet-1x.svg and ethernet-2x.svg.

As for VPN, I think the only time that icon appears in the tray is when it's badging the network icon. Are you sure a 16x16 version of that is needed?

No, I'm not sure a 16x16 version is needed. It's really hard to tell from the code because they'd be needed if a certain function is called with certain parameters... does that ever happen? who knows.
