It2Me and Me2Me had logic used to validate incoming connections, however this code was placed in the authenticator factory instead of residing in the host itself.

It2Me has been updated so this bug tracks the work to finish up the work and move the Me2Me connection validation logic out of the authenticator factory and into a callback used by the ValidatingAuthenticator.

Once this move has been made, we should be able to remove the 'RejectingAuthenticator' which was previously used for rejecting connections but is no longer needed.
