What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user and add any external app which can be opened as window or add above app 
(2) Pin app to shelf >> From launcher search for that app and right click and select app info 
(3) Hit tab and use down arrow to change to open as window >> Now hit tab untill you reach Remove and select remove and observe pinned app

Expected: Pinned app should be removed.
Actual: Instead app icon remains in shelf even after removing.
