Expose the MediaDeviceInfo interface object

Project Member Reported by foolip@chromium.org, Sep 12 2016

Issue description

This has [NoInterfaceObject], so it should be a quick fix.

This was found in a survey of "Web features in 2 major browser, but not Chrome":

Can the owner please set a milestone label to this issue?

FYI, the last CL associated with this issue has been added after the M54 branch was created and before the M55 branch was created, so perhaps it should be labelled as M55?

Labels: M-55
Right, it's M55.

Comment 8 by jmedley@google.com, Oct 19 2016

Does this also need an entry on Chrome Status(https://www.chromestatus.com/features) or is it covered by one of the others?

Comment 9 by foolip@chromium.org, Oct 19 2016

It's part of navigator.mediaDevices.enumerateDevices, so https://www.chromestatus.com/features/4906859072847872 is the closest thing.
