No Manage Storage in Material Design Settings

features: Chrome OS. Open Settings (Material Design). Scroll to Device.

bugs: I looked for the Storage option which shows space usage by content type (Downloads, etc.). It was not there. (Sorry if I don't have the exact names of the old features here. I am filling out the bug report before switching back, per banner suggestion.)
