Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. have a video call with a contact
2. quit the video call
3. close the contacts window
4. click on hangouts icon in the systray
5. contacts windows opens and is empty

What is the expected behavior?
1. have a video call with a contact
2. quit the video call
3. close the contacts window
4. click on hangouts icon in the systray
5. contacts windows opens and is full

What went wrong?
no contacts in the contacts list at the second try

i must quit chrome then launch again chrome to get a full contacts list
