In detached mode of the Bookmarks Bar on the NTP all Bookmarks (and the Chevron Icon) are changing the position

Project Member Reported by meh...@chromium.org, Sep 10 2016

Issue description

Version: Version 55.0.2856.0 canary (64-bit)
OS: Mac OS 10.11.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Save a lot of bookmarks to the Bookmarks Bar, so that the Chevron Icon appears
(2) Open the NTP
(3) Detach the Bookmarks Bar via shift-CMB-B

What is the expected output?
The first Bookmark and the Chevron Icon at the end should keep their position in the detached Bookmarks Bar.

What do you see instead?
They are changing the position.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This is a separation from issue 645487 (screenshots are attached in comments 4 & 5).

Thanks
Mehmet

Actually, looks like all BMB items change their positions regarding to BMB is detached or attached.

Summary: In detached mode of the Bookmarks Bar on the NTP all Bookmarks (and the Chevron Icon) are changing the position (was: In detached mode of the Bookmarks Bar on the NTP the first bookmark and the Chevron Icon are changing the position)
Ah, yes. Thanks, that's right. Changing the title. It seems that the first bookmark receives some more pixels space on the left side and the last one (chevron icon) on the right side, so that every item is moving in detached mode.
