Chrome CustomTabs library does not open Chromium browser (org.chromium.chrome)

Issue description

Application Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 
Android Build Number (from "Android Settings > About Phone/Tablet"): 
Device: Nexus 5 (hammerhead) running CopperheadOS

Steps to reproduce: Use CustomTab library in a project to open a link

Observed behavior: CustomTabs library falls back to Fennec immediately

Expected behavior: CustomTabs recognizes and uses org.chromium.chrome

Frequency: 
Happens all the time

Additional comments: 
I think you forgot to add the package name of Chromium

Hmmm if you want to send the intent to Chromium only, you could do the following to get a list of all activities that supports custom tab, and pick chromium out of it.
