wont let me browse

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result? chrome is not letting me browse certain sites

Unable to reproduce the above issue on All-OS(Windows, Mac 10.11.6 & Ubuntu 14.04) with chrome version Stable - 53.0.2785.101, Beta - 54.0.2840.16 & Dev - 55.0.2853.0.

Request you to please try the above issue on latest chrome version and let us know if the issue still persists.
