Chrome Version 55.0.2854.2 canary (64-bit)

Now there is text next to the green icon says: "Secure" when the page is secured.

This is very bad because when user load page it first show the address normally and then the "Secure" text jumps in from left side and this cause the web address move to the right side instead staying in the same place as it was before, when only the icon changed. 
This web address jumping effect because of the "Secure" text popping in is extremely annoying, and it happens almost every page i visit. this should be removed. And everyone know what green lock mean it is not necessary to add the text.
please fix it.
