GBWB UI needs real designs

The Go Back With Backspace extension has new UI: an options page, a popup, and an installation notes page. They all need real designs to replace the current functional-but-unattractive placeholders.

Relatedly, it also needs icon19.png and icon38.png, for the browser action.

I sent a set of slides with them.

We also need text for the two feedback emails.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
I modified existing official extensions, implemented the UI, sent an FYI to UI review, and landed and published the result as version 2.0.
