The canvas element has this CSS property: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/image-rendering When it is set to be "pixelated", the image should be rendered with nearest neighbor scaling property. I think this could be done after the refactoring on the communication between main-thread-canvas and worker-thread-OffscreenCanvas is done. Currently, the worker thread is pushing an image to main thread for every change and receives an acknowledge from main thread; we can simply let this communication carry one more piece of information, which is the value of this CSS property on canvas. I'll put this under fserb@. But this one is of lower-priority at this point of time.
