Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install Windows 10 build 14914 2. Open a page with an alert, click on user switcher or open the console and trigger an alert What is the expected behavior? Alert, user switcher should be visible What went wrong? They don't show up unless the screen is refreshed by reorienting Did this work before? Yes Before build 14915 Chrome version: 53.0.2785.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Thank you for the reply.
I found that if I disable hardware acceleration then the alerts are displayed properly.
There is no specific URL or file as the bug occurs on all pages. Just running an alert("String"); would trigger the issue assuming that the computer was running Windows 10 build 14915.

until Windows Build 14931, the bug still persists.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome latest chrome canary version 57.0.2967.0.Able to use user switcher or open console with alert on page. mamismo27@Could you please try the issue once on latest canary and update the thread if the issue still persists. Thanks,
