Ignore text that comes from an ARIA group when calculating the name of a tree item

Project Member Reported by nek...@chromium.org, Sep 9 2016

Issue description

In some cases, ARIA trees place the children of their tree items inside the tree items themselves. This would create a problem if the accessible name of a tree item is calculated from its contents, since the text of all the children would also get included in its accessible name.
We should decide how to filter out text coming from the children and possibly clarify this in the ARIA Spec.

Aaron, this looks like something you may have already addressed while working on trees. Is this still an issue?
