A duplicated tab does not have the same content as the original (source) tab.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/601.7.7 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/9.1.2 Safari/601.7.7

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Sign into Onshape.
2. Create a label.
3. Duplicate the browser tab.
4. Observe that in duplicate browser tab, label is missing.

What is the expected behavior?
The duplicate tab should have the same list of labels as the original prior to duplication.

What went wrong?
The duplicated tab is missing the created labels.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: Version 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit)  Channel: stable

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 53.0.2785.101 and canary 55.0.2858.0 with the below steps

1.Sign into Onshape https://cad.onshape.com
2.Create a label
3.Duplicate tab 
4.Observe that the created label is not visible.

Please find the screen cast for the same.This is observed from M35 old builds.Issue is inconsistent some times able to see the label and sometimes not.Marking it as Untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.
