Summary: resource_sizes: 403 not in IP whitelist when running on Android (arm64) Builder (was: Exception in resource_sizes)
Looks like there's a permission issue on these bots. The error from the logs is:

HTTPError: 403. Reponse: IP address 104.154.8.55 not in IP whitelist!
