GBWB users say it doesn't work

Some users say the extension doesn't work.

Tabs need to be reloaded for it to take effect. Add an oninstall notes page saying so.

Status: Fixed (was: Started)

Committed patchset #3 (id:40001) manually as
293264080d5f5c0d224c79c5945eb5052695d04e (presubmit successful).

Better solution: inject the code automatically on install. Also handle uninstall, reload, update, and disable/enable.
