UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.16 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Auto-upgrade or install Chrome Version 54.0.2840.16 beta-m (64-bit) on Windows 7
2. Open http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ (or any other Website including Flash)
3. Message "Downloading" appears in the plugin are but Flash never properlu updates

Alternative
4. Open chrome://components/ and click on "Check for update" for Adobe Flash Player 
5. Says "Update found" and Downloading" after click but ends on "Component not updated"

What is the expected behavior?
Flash Player auto-updating and Flash working in general like in previous version

What went wrong?
Auto-update of Flash Player fails and is stuck in loop each time a Flash including Website is visited - rendering Flash non-working. Same behavior when using chrome://components/ to force upgade

Potentially related to https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2205609 which states "This was the result of a hiccup in Google's auto-update system.  It should be resolved at this point." - although it is related to a Mac version of Chrome.
