BMB chevron looks misaligned by 3-dot button

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add many bookmarks (chevron should appear) and make BMB attached.
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Chevron and 3-dot button must be centered.

What went wrong?
Chevron is not centered when you compare it with 3-dot button.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2855.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Actually, it comes from pre-MD that has 3-line button. MD comes with 3-dots, so chevron and 3-dots can be centered.

Aligning them would be nice for sure.
While we're at it, I have noticed that the position of the chevron changes depending on if the bookmark bar is attached or detached, see images attached. We should fix that.

This happens to the first Bookmark in the Bookmarks Bar as well in detached mode. May be this can be fixed, too? Please see the enclosed screenshots. If you want, I can open a separate report for the changing positions in detached mode. Please let me know. Thanks.
