CSS backdrop filters artifacts with partial swap.

What is the expected behavior?
Red line moved above blurred square.

What went wrong?
There are graphical artifacts below red line.

No artifacts appear present in Chrome 53.0.2785.89 on 10.11.6. Can you retry with M53? Also, can you take a screenshot of the artifacts you see?

I've checked also on Google Chrome 55.0.2859.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit).

Confirmed in 55.0.2867.0. I thought it might be Retina-only but it occurs on my Retina and 1x machines.
