Bug (visual): When #enable-md-extensions is enabled, some extensions with longer descriptions and/or multiple views to inspect are clipping into the extension on the next row, making usage of the details/remove/on-off-toggle difficult.

Reproduction:
1. Enable #enable-md-extensions in chrome://flags
2. Add an extension with a long description or multiple inspection views.
3. Visit chrome://extensions and enable developer view.

Obvious workaround would be not using developer view and md-extensions on a regular basis, so it is a low priority issue.
