DevTools: Crashes when device USB debugging enabled

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2854.2 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Samsung s7 device with USB debugging enabled
2. Go to chrome://inspect/#devices
3. Open Chrome on device
4. Chrome canary crashes

What is the expected behavior?
canary does not crash and then able to launch dev tools

What went wrong?
browser totally crashes

Did this work before? Yes before latest S7 update and update to latest canary version - not sure which update causes the issue

Chrome version: 55.0.2854.2  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Nice. Thanks for reporting. 

I unexpectedly reproduced this bug myself. :) Not good. It looks like we crash pretty quickly if about:inspect is open and a device is connected.

In my case, "Discover USB" devices was unchecked. My phone was plugged in, but not even unlocked. I also don't think the Chrome process was active (App info says "no memory used in the last 3 hours")

Looks like this has already been fixed. :)

Update to latest canary and you should be all set.
