Regression:Cursor is seen missing for "Rate of interest" text field in "www.tjsbbank.co.in"

Issue descriptionVersion: 55.0.2853.0 1f38554c02bb4e0c9de35a53ce617931d0c3da08-refs/heads/master@{#416812} (64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) URL:http://www.tjsbbank.co.in/ What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above url. (2)Click on "Quick start" button on L.H.S.(Kindly refer the video) (3)Select "term deposit calculator" and click on "Rate of interest" text field. (4)Observe the cursor in "Rate of interest" text field. Actual:Cursor is seen missing in "Rate of interest" text field. Expected:Cursor should be seen in "Rate of interest" text field. This is a Regression issue broken in M-55,below is the Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/7ce41293bf1b233f107a57b236aa509189e2fa71..1b9d04b54204517b95acb8c67736a6ff139e225a?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting:r416741? Good build:55.0.2851.0 Bad build:55.0.2853.0 Kindly help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue.

Confirmed ToT. Note that 54.0.2816.0 shows different weights on the cursor, suggesting sub-pixel positioning resulting in anti-aliasing differences.
