Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: There is no option to enabled a Bookmarks Side Panel and this is stopping most people from switching over from Explorer and FireFox. What is the expected behavior? People who have big monitors want to be able view their bookmarks on screen (all the of time) to switch between bookmarks. The feature "Bookmarks Side Panel" is missing in Google Chrome compared to other browsers. Please add this simple feature which can be positioned either to the right or left of the browser screen. What went wrong? Can not browse common bookmarks easily enough, as the "Bookmarks Side Panel" feature is missing! Please Add to improve browsing experience! Did this work before? No Chrome version: 53.0.2785.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I have done a local survey and people don't want bookmarks on a horizontal bar. They want bookmarks on a vertical bar going down the right/left hand side of the browser screen (same as Explorer 11, Edge and FireFox etc). Most people feel so strongly about this feature that they are willing not to move to Google Chrome! And others say "I will put up with it but it's not ideal!" Google would easily capture more of the browser market if they put this feature in and start listening to what people really want in their browser!
