Regression: Cursor in search box is not visible when chrome://history page is emulated.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>>Navigate to chrome://history page>>Open devtools and emulate>>Now click in search box and Observe cursor.

Expected:Cursor should be visible clearly.
Actual:Instead cursor is not visible.(Cursor is very light which gives a feel like cursor is missing)

This is Regression issue broken in M-54.
Good build:54.0.2838.0 Dev

Only on pinch zooming the page on the latest canary(55.0.2855.0) of Mac OS 10.11.6 the cursor is seen.
