The "OK, GOT IT" button in the android sign-in flow has wrong size in various translations

Version: Dev 54.0.2840.6
OS: Android 6.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start Chrome, sign-off if already signed-in.
(2) Settings > Sign In to Chrome > [pick a user account] > Continue
(3) See the "Welcome, [name]" screen.

What is the expected output?
 - All buttons have proper size.

What do you see instead?
 - In English, this is as expected. For various other UI languages, the button is not properly sized. See attached examples.

The issue does not appear in current Beta or Stable.

Root cause for this is almost certainly the same as for issues 633554 and 710853. Should be fixed by now (I can't reproduce it).
