Untriaging it so that it gets addressed.

Cannot reproduce with 55.0.2860.0 on 10.12 beta. That textfield is an ordinary Cocoa control, and clearly believes it has focus, so I'm surprised the cursor is not being drawn.

Test, can you check whether this happens on macOS 10.11.6? I don't have that version available.

Rechecked this on chrome version 55.0.2861.0 on MAC 10.11.6 Retina Pro. Able to reproduce the issue as mentioned in the steps above.

Removing Test confirmation label.

Thanks.!

Retested above issue in latest canary(#61.0.3138.0) build on Mac(10.11.6) OS and issue is still reproducible, but unable to reproduce the same issue in Mac(10.12.3) machine.

Thank you!

I don't have a 10.11 machine any more; I'll try to find one to test this on.

I think this is obsoleted by MacViews secondary UI, please reopen if it pops up again.
