Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. We have a theme color for our app and the progress bar for the Chrome Custom tab does not match 2. add a horizontal progress bar to another part of your app 3. bring up a Chrome Custom Tab and notice the progress bar color doesn't look like it matches What is the expected behavior? We should be able to pass a color through the intent that is used to launch the Chrome Custom Tab so that it uses this for progress bar colors. Would also like to be able to control the text color in the title bar. We can only control the background color currently. It's sort of related...we should be able to theme the Chrome Custom Tab so it behaves like our app... What went wrong? Chrome Custom Tab progress bar color does not match rest of app's theme colors. It should automatically pick these values up from our styles file or we should be able to pass colors to it via the Intent used to launch it... Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.58 Channel: n/a OS Version: 7.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

dfalcantara@ landed a CL about media viewer that changed the initial background color of the tab. Maybe we could do something similar to it. I added stakeholders to this thread to decide if this should be done.
