Regression:Text appears chopped for "Disable" drop down in "Bhiner Taobao Tmall Shopping Assistant" extension

Chrome Version: 55.0.2853.0 (Official Build) 1f38554c02bb4e0c9de35a53ce617931d0c3da08-refs/heads/master@{#416812}-32/64 bit
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,navigate to the above URL and click on add to chrome.
(2)Click on extension icon in Extensions overlay.
(3)Observe the text of  "Disable" drop down next to Currency.

Actual:Text appears chopped for "Disable" drop down.

Expected:Text should be seen properly for "Disable" drop down.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-53,below is the Narrow bisect info:

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome latest Dev M55-55.0.2883.30 and canary M56-56.0.2902.0 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the text of "Disable" drop down is seen properly as expected. 

Marking it as wontfix, please feel free to raise a new issue or reopen incase if you come across the similar one on latest chrome version.
