Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. install the extension from the supplied zip file 2. inspect its background page to see the console 3. navigate to http://www.example.org/ What is the expected behavior? two messages should appear in the console, one for each event listener What went wrong? four messages appear, indicating that both the callbacks were called twice this incorrect behavior doesn't happen on http://example.org/ as only the first event listener's filter matches that url WebStore page: n/a Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 also reproduces on 55.0.2853.0 canary
