Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. DOM element with "will-change: transform" property 2. child element with "position: absolute" Different offset parrent in chrome and FF, can try in: https://jsfiddle.net/ank9wpbm/22/ with "display: inline-table" : https://jsfiddle.net/ank9wpbm/18/ Similar issue, but nothing is said about offsetParent: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=600934 What is the expected behavior? The child element is positioned relative to its parent and have correct parentOffset (parent with "will-change: transform" property) What went wrong? The child element is positioned relative to its parent, BUT offsetParent = BODY Did this work before? Yes This is regression issue broken in M-36. Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 |
