Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Using chrome 52, install stylish and style from userstyles
2. Update on windows 7 from chrome 52 to 53

What is the expected behavior?
Userstyles are still present in stylish

What went wrong?
Userstyles were gone. Not disabled but removed.

Did this work before? Yes It worked with all previous chrome updates.
