Regression: Distortion is seen on opening information of image in Filesapp

Project Member Reported by sc00335...@techmahindra.com, Sep 8 2016

Issue description

Version: 55.0.2852.0/8780.0.0 dev channel auron_paine,Wolf,Falco
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user >> Download provided sample image[Sample1] >> Go to files app and hit space on that image and observe while info opens

Expected: No distortion should be seen while opening such images.
Actual: Instead pixel like distortion is seen on opening info using space.

This is a regression issue as same is working fine in 53.0.2785.100/8530.80.0 peppy.

@fukino: Please confirm the issue.

Could you elaborate the "distortion"? Do you mean, the lattice pattern which is shown until the image is loaded?
w.r.t Comment #2: Yes the pattern observed in Actual image. It is seen while hitting space for some images.
Thank you for the clarification.

oka@, maybe it is better to show the lattice pattern after the image is loaded.

FYI: We are working on showing image faster in issue 628179.

commit 60b97267eb150b20ec73bf93f61c1a7238141fce
Author: Alex Danilo <adanilo@chromium.org>

Stop display of checkerboard while image loads

A checkerboard background was introduced to help see transparent
PNG images when using quick view in the FilesApp. If the image
being decompressed is large, the checkerboard is visible until
the image finishes decoding causing display flicker. This
change detaches the image node from the tree and uses the
decode() method on the image element to decode in the
background and then reattach when ready, eliminating the
flicker.

      and on real device.
