Regression: Weird distortion is seen on using alt+tab to switch windows

Version: 55.0.2852.0/8780.0.0 dev channel auron_paine,Wolf,Falco
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user >> Open 2-3 windows >> Hit alt+tab >> Without releasing alt hit tab continuously and observe.

Expected: No such distortion should be seen on hitting tab.
Actual: Instead distortion is seen on using tab.

This is a regression issue as same is working fine in 53.0.2785.100/8530.80.0 peppy.

Able to reproduce the issue on Falco using dev # 55.0.2852.0/8781.0.0.
Added ReleaseBlock-Stable as its a regression and broken recently, feel free to update if its not appropriate.
