Layout Test http/tests/xmlhttprequest/workers/xmlhttprequest-allowed-with-disabled-web-security.html is flaky

Issue description

The following layout test is flaky on WebKit Linux Leak

http/tests/xmlhttprequest/workers/xmlhttprequest-allowed-with-disabled-web-security.html

It's flaky. I see many |Leak Pass| and |Leak Leak Pass|.

The layout test has been removed, and the replacement browser tests don't leak.
