Restrict WebShare to HTTPS pages |

Issue descriptionIt is not clear whether the API should ultimately be restricted to only pages served over a secure connection. Regardless, the origin trial at least should probably be restricted thusly (so we know that the origin trial key actually belongs to the people who applied for it).
