Raster option does not expand after clicking on expand icon in devtools.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, navigate to above url and open devtools
2) Now go to 'Timeline' section and press 'Cmd'+ 'R' to record some activity.
3) Now click on 'Raster' option expand icon and observe

Actual : Raster option does not expand after clicking on expand icon
Expected : Raster option should expand after clicking on expand icon

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-51 series as 'Raster' option expand icon appears from build # 51.0.2682.0

Since pdf rendering uses PPAPI -> Skia, not passing through TileManager-> RasterTask, we have no raster event for pdf files. But the timeline "Raster" group is added by default and filled up with raster events if exists any. In the case of pdf, with no raster event, timeline is actually expanding the group but has no data to show.To fix this, we can remove the "Raster" group , disable it or show something like "No event" in the absence of raster events. What do you think?
