Stop using components Findit>WrongResult; Findit>CorrectResult, and Findit>NoResult

Project Member Reported by st...@chromium.org, Sep 8 2016

Issue description

As Martin suggested, this would cause confusion after bug grouping on monorail.

We should use labels instead, maybe these three:
findit-wrong-result
findit-correct-result
findit-no-result

Sharu, assign to you for follow-up:
1. Add these three labels as official label for auto-complete.
2. Ask TEs to use new labels.
3. Move all bugs with the above components to labels.
4. Deprecate the above components.

It may make sense for these to be hotlists, but I'd just ask about that when trying to get these added to the label list. I suspect that's probably the route that would be easiest to get everyone to agree to, though.
So I should ask monorail team to add the 3 labels and deprecate those 3 components, right?

I mentioned above the four steps. They might have to be done in order.
For labels, ask monorail team; for components, ask TPM.
Sharu, you should have permission to edit the components on your own it seems. You're listed as an admin for Tools>Test>Findit. See https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/adminComponents
Wow, that's cool, I will deprecate them once the first 3 steps get done.

What's the status of this bug now?
The labels have been added, I will notify TEs today today and then deprecate old components.
