Notification on bottom right gets cut off

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Shift + Esc
2. Kill an extension
3. Keep trying a few times

What is the expected behavior?
For the notification on the bottom right (extension crashed, click to reload) to display fully.

What went wrong?
Every now and then, the notification is cut off. I've attached a screenshot of the notification displaying correctly when killing Privacy Badger, then when killing it a second time, it is cut off. Same with Ghostery.

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 52

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.101  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Also a side note: I have the extension Session Buddy, and when I right click > "Save current session" that initiates a notification too, and it's always fully intact every time, regardless of how many times I repeat. So far, I've only been able to reproduce this via killing an extension to initiate the cut off notification.
