'module' object has no attribute 'GE_BUILD_CONFIG_FILE' in login_RetrieveActiveSessions

We are getting an AttributeError trying to read a variable from chromite.cbuildbot.constants that was added in July. This is very odd.

This once again makes me curious about what version of chromite is making it into the SSP container.

In the container setup, /usr/local/autotest/site-packages is mounted to the same path in container. So tests running in side the container use the same chromite in the drone.
