Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Send an email
2. View recipients in Sent email
3. Hover over a name and contact information is not displayed anymore

What is the expected behavior?
Used to show the contact information for the recipents, even if not in my Contacts.  This is on a domain apps account.

What went wrong?
Nothing is displayed.

Did this work before? Yes Prior to going into the Dev channel
